Shipping

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to enter your PayPal login details or credit card information in a secure online banking system provided by PayPal. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so you can provide another payment method. You will then need to repeat the payment process. Once the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the payment has been successfully received and that your order is being processed.
As soon as we have processed and prepared your order for shipment, we will send you an email with the shipping details.

Deliveries

All items available in the online store will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If the item is personalized, whether due to natural dyeing or custom-made design, the shipment will be made within 10 to 15 days. This is because these are handcrafted, tailored pieces made with care and time. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
